Inspirational story of Olympic medalist Novlene Williams-Mills, a breast cancer survivor

This athlete at the 2016 Rio Olympics never gave up.

34-year-old Olympic medalist Novlene Williams-Mills of Jamaica showed that despite having breast cancer just before the 2012 Olympics, and having a double mastectomy, she came back at the 2016 Rio Olympics to win silver in the 4x400m relay.

If you need any inspiration, she is the real deal, and she knows that she can bring hope to women all over the world.  She even competed at the 2012 Olympics in London despite just being diagnosed with breast cancer. As a breast cancer survivor at the 2016 Olympics, she knew that coming back to compete at the highest level is no small feat, let alone for a breast cancer survivor.
