As you know, I am experimenting with various diets to find the right one for me. I have tried the Green Tea diet, Atkins, and more. But when I read about the Volumetrics diet, I kinda like it. At least the part that allows you to eat what you like to fill yourself up, but eat foods with low calories to fill you up. I know it urges people to evaluate foods based on their energy density, such as very low density foods that include non-starchy foods, nonfat milk, and soup broths. I will let you know how that works out. If you have tried this diet, please let me know.
