    I had previously asked about the green tea diet, but with so many diets out there, what about the Mediterranean diet? Experts say that "rather than limiting total fat intake, the Mediterranean diet makes wise choices about the type of fats that are used." How truly effective is the diet? With a tight economy who can afford to stick to the Mediterranean diet with fresh healthy organic food, and extra virgin olive oil etc. Basically I have to be a vegetarian, but at least not a vegan, which could be expensive.
