It was my first time going to see Dr. Abay, and though I expected a bit longer wait since I had to fill out new paperwork, I was surprised on how long I had to wait since I made them know I had an hour break before I go back to work. Safe to say that I was not happy about the patient customer service and office staff were not professional.
