Staff is very unprofessional and rude over the phone, Very difficult to make/cancel/reschedule appointment after being with that office for a few months, Doctor will not return your calls/messages at all, Dr. has very laid back/dismissive approach with concerns or questions, The office have their own agenda and time frame for everything and are not very flexible working with clients schedule/time, small waiting room and not set up for children.

While my surgery was completely fine and I am healthy, I was extremely disappointed that I was misled about what my body would look like afterwards. Initially I was told there would be no scarring or sagging skin, but then after the surgery I was told the scars would in fact be visible and I would have sagging skin. I don't know that I would have gone through with the surgery if I was told that up front. Potential patients have told me when they spoke with the Dr., he has made the same claims to them which are completely unfounded. I am very uncomfortable knowing that I was provided false information, especially that now it is too late to do anything about it. Now I am facing the very real possibility of plastic surgery to fix what I thought wouldn't need to be fixed.

I saw this doctor for maybe a year. I never waited less than an hour and 45 minutes. She would ask me one question like how I was and then spend maybe 5 minutes copying answers from the last form to a new one (it seemed to me), then she was at the door. If I said I had a question, she would stand at the door and inch her way out as her way of telling me we were done. I try to leave as positive of feedback as possible and rarely leave negative, but in my experience, this was one of the worst doctors I'd ever seen in terms of even the slightest care of doing anything but receiving your money. That, and it was my belief she was probably (at least)triple scheduling people in a time slot.

This man has serious anger issues. He also does not inform the patient what is going on. For example, my platelets were extremely low while he was treating me, but a wound care doctor was the one who told me about it.my creatinine was elevated also, but he did not inform me until three months later. I had cellulitis in both legs and he wouldn't even bother to look at them or suggest treatment for them. Furthermore, when I went to the hospital, because they were swollen so bad, he yelled at me and suggested he didn't even know why I went to the hospital. I eventually lost both my kidney and a lower left leg....
