Whitney Houston Last Performance

According to TMZ, prior to her death, Whitney Houston was discussing a bible passage involving John the Baptist and Jesus. Houston flashed a big smile and remarked, “You know, he’s so cool…I really want to see that Jesus.”

Whitney Houston’s last performance was when she joined singer Kelly Price onstage at a pre-Grammy party the Thursday before she died, and nobody could have predicted that the performance would be her last.

In a report to The Hollywood Reporter and sister publication Billboard, Kelly Price said: “I’m talking because I want people to know the truth about how things were at her last performance. That night was about what you saw onstage. When she left the club, she left tired and drained because we had all danced ourselves into an absolute frenzy. It’s hard for me to hear anything other than that, because she stood no more than three feet away from me the entire time and we had a ball.”

48-year old Whitney Houston died last Saturday, February 11, 2012, a few hours before she was expected to attend Clive Davis’ annual pre-Grammy gala at the Beverly Hilton.
