While her weight may be on the lips of some critics, Adele definitely spends her time on her music and not trying to be “eye candy” like some singers do. It is no wonder that she has racked up an impressive list of songs that is sure to add to her collection of Grammy awards at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.

Adele’s “21,” was last year’s best-selling album, and it was all based off the artistry of songs like “Rolling in the Deep” and “Someone Like You.” Adele has six nominations, with Kanye West having seven.

Predictions are that Adele will most likely walk away with the most awards. In addition, she will perform during the ceremony for the first time in five months, due to her recent vocal-cord surgery. So look for close scrutiny on her singing voice and we hope she doesn’t tank during her performance.
