38-year old Rose McGowan, known for her role as Paige Matthews in The WB Television Network supernatural drama series “Charmed,” and her role in “Law & Order: SVU” and was also featured as a model in FHM magazine, seems to have taken plastic surgery to far.
Italian-born American actress Rose McGowan, seems to be barely recognizable these days since her facial features have changed over the years because of plastic surgery facelift and other procedures. The questions is, she looked beautiful before her reported plastic surgery accident, so why make yourself look so plastic and become a classic case of plastic surgery gone wrong?
Rumors continue to hound Rose McGowan about a possible botched eyelid surgery and other cosmetic procedures. From the looks of these pictures it appears the rumors might be true. Compare the before and after picture of Rose. She has a puffy bloated look now often seen from fillers injected into the face. The shape of her face has changed. Rose was very beautiful, but sadly she doesn’t look very much like her old self anymore.
In 2007, McGowan was injured in a car accident that left her with a deep cut on her face, for which she has admitted to undergoing plastic surgery. Rose McGowan has been sporting a weird “droopy eye” prompting some to say that she had some kind of botched plastic surgery job.
Rose told reporters during a “Grindhouse” press conference that she was actually in a bad car accident. She said, “I didn’t realize I was hurt until I put my hand to my face and felt the flap of skin. My glasses had sliced me under my eye.” Rose said she hasn’t scarred much, but found a really good plastic surgeon.
Dr. Jennifer Walden, a Manhattan plastic surgeon said: “The lower lid’s pulling down a bit. It’s a possibility that she had eyelid surgery and is blaming her lower lid drooping on having cut her eye.”
