A couple of things that are quite clear is that she has had breast implants, a nose job, liposuction and possibly facial surgery such as cheek implants to name a few.

Though by looking at the breast implants “after” picture above, it may be hard to say it is actually breast augmentation because of the kind of clothes Janet Jackson was wearing, but they have the typical look of breast implants (excessively rounded in the upper part) but this can be achieved with special bra (or just pushing up the breast).

The nose job is rumored to have been done as early as when she had 16 years old, but it is not confirmed. However, from looking at her before and after photo above, it is clear that she had a nose job just like many of her famous Jackson siblings.

As for liposuction, it is likely that Janet Jackson had liposuction to achieve her dramatic weight loss, perhaps combining it with dieting and exercise and using liposuction to get rid of stubborn deposits of fat that do not respond to dieting and exercise or to put tone and finishing touches on her body.

    It is very understandable for famous people to look great through plastic surgery and all. After all, it is worth it. Just look are her now.

    This article is hearsay and inaccurate. I know you do not have proof Janet had all this work done. You are speculating, which makes this entire article a lie. One thing for sure I know you are not sure of is her breast. Its not good to put out information you dont have the facts on. It hurts people even Hollywood stars. People should good tried of rumors like this. Its time for it to stop.
