32-year old actress Katherine Heigl, best known for her role as Dr. Izzie Stevens on ABC’s Grey’s Anatomy (2005-2010), is not new to plastic surgery. In this case, one of the most popular procedures for celebrities besides breast implants the nose job. It is very common for young celebrities like Katherine Heigl to undergo a rhinoplasty procedure to narrow the bridge of their nose even further since her nose wasn’t wide to begin with.
