Well, this may not be medical news, but Lebron James, the Cleveland Cavaliers baskekball star, will surely affect some NBA team’s basketball and economic fortune today with is announcement tonight on ESPN at 9p.m. I think he is leaning towards the Miami heat or maybe the New York Knicks. Lebron what about Cleveland? Some of the Cleveland fans may have a medical emergency if he shuns Cleveland, because some hearts will be broken and some may feel like they are having a heart attack.
