How Doctors Can Use the iPad

iPad for Doctors
With the newly released iPad by Apple, this innovative device can free doctors of their tablet computers, if they have any, or for those getting into electronic medical records, this is a great tool to use.
At the very least, life for physicians and other healthcare professionals could be much easier with a user-friendly and practical mobile device on which to access radiology images, enter orders, educate patients, and improve their healthcare workflow overall.
As for the compatibility issue with iPad and most windows-based electronic health records, the iPhone OS 4.0 already addresses that. So if you are in the market for a new hand-held device for streamlining your workflow and accessing your patient’s medical records, the iPad may just be what the doctor ordered.
