Senate Vote on Health Care Reform

Now that the Senate has passed its version of the health care reform bill, can they overcome the differences between their version and the House, which has stricter limits on abortion than the Senate and a government-run insurance option that the House favors?
Watered down or not, I think this is a victory for health care in America and I await the final merged bill with the House and signing by President Obama.
