This year has been a great year in HIV/AIDS research, especially with the Thailand HIV vaccine trial that had some measure of success. However, let us not forget that the fight for HIV/AIDS cure is still been fought. Though people can live longer on various medications, millions are still dying, especially in Africa and Asia, so we should keep pushing for more funding and awareness.
