I do love red meat, and though I try to eat it in moderation these days, I won’t say I would give it up just yet though. With a new study by the National Cancer Institute indicating that eating large amounts of red meat and processed meats raises the risk of death from heart disease and cancer, I may want to eat dinner at my sister’s more often. She is a vegan, and trust me when she cooks I don’t miss red meat at all. I guess it is time to call her or rather stop by for more vegetarian recipes.
