Zagat and Doctor Ratings
Don’t get me wrong, while I may use Zagat to find a great restaurant to have dinner, for doctor ratings that is a different issue. Zagat, known for its restaurant guides, are taking a stab at rating doctors by collaborating with insurance company WellPoint to summarize the millions of WellPoint customer doctor reviews. I don’t know if it will be quite palatable as a restaurant review, but I guess they are trying to expand their business beyond its core niche.
