Have severe back pain that makes it impossible for me to sit down or walk normally. However, my MRI has come back clean and I have since received an injection into my right S.I. joint. Since then, I have felt absolutely no relief. Pain management won't help me because my tests are showing nothing is wrong. What can I do to find a doctor that will help relieve my pain?

Have you tried looking for a local Board Certified Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation doctor? One that specializes in pain management Injections and physical rehabilitation. Other specialty care physicians and pain management doctors include: Spine Surgeons—Orthopedists and Neurosurgeons, Physiatrist (physical medicine doctors M.D. or D.O), Anesthesiologist (M.D. or D.O.), Neurologist (M.D. or D.O), Rheumatologist (M.D. or D.O). Also, I would refer people to the American Pain Foundation, The National Pain Foundation, I would point them to the American Society of Anesthesiologists, and the American Academy of Pain Medicine. There they keep a list of physicians who are dedicated to actually elevating and treating patients with pain and they have specific expertise in it.
